Because of its specific characteristics, namely,long cycle of construction, high occupancy of cash, large scope of involvement and environmental complexity, the constructing engineering project (CEP) is highly risky. Whereas the traditional methodology of risk management referred to constuctiong engineering project is somehow unsystematic, isolated and static, so it really handicaps the successful operatiuon of CEP. Hence, it''s extremely crucial to implement integrated management of risks (IMR). After summarizing the existing related literatures and scrutinizing current cases of construction engineering projects, the theory and methodology of management of risk integration for construction engineering project are thoroughly studied, as well relevant strategies and countermeasures are proposed in this dissertation. The details are presented as: Firstly, after summarizing and analyzing the connotations,features and affecting factors of risk of CEP, this dissertation sets up an ERM framework for risk management of CEP; moreover, elucidates the generalized life cycle theory of project management in a common sense, and elaborates the mechanism of the I ARMS circulation; defines precisely the connotations and features of integration and management integration,explores the connotations and attributions of management of risk integration for CEP; further more,the conceptual model for the management of risk integration for CEP is brought about based on the theoretical work.
